A bit of history, the Gallery Café was introduced to the Princeton community in July of 1996. Holly Trump and her experienced staff have brought over 30 years of knowledge in food service operations to the success of this unique business dining & catering experience. The Gallery Cafe was designed to break the paradigm of traditional cafeteria food service. Chef managers Mike Davis, Viola Williams, Peter Trump, Henry Barrios, Erwin Rodriguez, Juan Hernandez, Luis Barrios, German Gramajo and staff present seasonal foods and specialized service that complete the atmosphere at the Café. We are a constant in developing a standard of food and service for both the Cafe and off premise catering that continues to receive noted praise.
